I will be as brief as possible. We are on vacation in the Colorado mountains and our Dodge Dakota pickup would not up shift in drive. I called Scott yesterday AM and told him our situation. He said get it to him as quickly as possible and he would try to get us back on the road as soon as possible. He also gave us his expert analysis as to what might be the problem. We had the truck towed to him that same morning and within an hour after it was unloaded, he called to say we could pick the truck up as it was already fixed. Turns out that his assessment was exactly what the problem turned out to be. The charge was incredibly fair, but more than that, we have never been treated with such professionalism. Scott genuinely wanted us to have a good experience and was pleased he could get us back on the road to continue our vacation with our children and grandchildren. I will certainly recommend Cottman Transmission to anyone. Thank you for a great experience.

I had a problem with my 2005 F250 HD diesel pickup. The problem was diagnosed. A solution was rendered. I left the unit with them for a couple of hours. Upon return the truck had been repaired and was ready to take. I found personnel I dealt with to be knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. The problem was taken, along with another small problem. I would highly recommend this store on, Young field, to anyone who has a transmission or other problem.
